Ms. Red: Basically, in January, I decided that I was going to start doing OnlyFans as a side hustle. My dealer has a moonlighting policy so you’re not allowed to work on cars or advertise branching out outside of the dealership. Ms. Red: Yes, the first conversation I did not. There were three meetings and the second two I recorded. The first meeting, I was not prepared and was kind of shocked. I then recorded the second two just to be careful because I felt some shady stuff was going down.
CJ: Is there a possibility of a lawsuit for unlawful termination?
Ms. Red: You can’t for numerous reasons. The argument is it seems a bit sexist and we all know that if you’re super concerned about your reputation because a girl crossed the line and did porn, she’s in trouble but if a guy does it, they just make a joke of him. We can see that but in the law’s eyes, there has to be some similarities. You pretty much have the exact same position, the exact amount of experience to prove that the only difference between the two was gender. That’s the only way to prove sexism in the workplace. So that can’t be proven in law terms. And the fact that I took photos on the property whether it was off the clock or on the clock and whether or not anything was shown, the fact that I did it anyways would hold up. So I understand that but, at the same time, there were some shady people. I just wonder if they thought, ‘Hmm, are we going to deal with all these guys? Or just this one girl?’
CJ: How old are you?
Ms. Red: I’m 24.
