Bailey Base Talks with Captain Jack

Captain Jack: Tell me about Bailey Base.

Bailey Base: I grew up in Michigan. I have a brother but he’s trans so he was my sister and now he’s my brother. I basically grew up with him and my mom. My mom raised me by herself. My dad was in and out. I guess you could say I have daddy issues. (laughs) I grew up in this other city in Michigan and then I moved to this other small town and it was kind of shit, honestly. (laughs) I was really closed off and I’ve always been anti-social and really picky about who I choose to share myself with. I pick up on a lot of energies. I practice witchcraft. I’m actually a Reiki Healer, if you know what that is.

CJ: No I don’t.

Bailey: It’s a form of spiritual healing and I do Reiki therapy. I’m also psychic and clairvoyant. I pick up on the tensions and what’s off on people and I transfer my energy onto them to heal them. I also use other spiritual things like crystals, incense, sage and put your mind at ease.

CJ: Have you done that a lot?

Bailey: Yes, I’ve been practicing. I actually finished the second course on it. I’m going to school for it to become a master. I practice on people; So I sometimes go into classes to get extra lessons. Basically, when I master it, after I finish my classes and am fully developed in it, I’m going to open my own office and do sessions on people

CJ: What about witchcraft?

Bailey: There is a lot of different things that go into it. There are a lot of subsections of it. I’m more into the Wiccan and celtic side. My ancestors are Celtic so I talk to my ancestors. They reach out to me. I also talk to the Spirit Guides on the Hispanic side of it.

CJ: Is it an older brother or younger brother?

Bailey: Older.

CJ: Was that tough when he told you he was trans?

Bailey: No, not for me. For my mom, yes, because she really grew up conservative and not open to that. I always knew that he was born in the wrong body. Ever since we were little, he was a tomboy; short hair, wearing boy clothes all the time. That was just his natural being. I’m not going to go against it. I respect it.

CJ: How old are you?

Bailey: I’m 20.

CJ: How long have you been in the industry?

Bailey: 6 months. Since September.

CJ: Do you just shoot in Florida or have you been out to LA?

Bailey: I’ve been to LA a couple of times. I have this film deal with Mike Adriano. I’ve been out there twice but my first trip was not so good. I struggle with addiction and I started taking Xanax again when I first got into the business, a little less than a month into my career. I went out to LA and I was getting all this money so I said, ‘Fuck it. I’m going to buy this because I can.’ I was basically just destroying myself. It was an awful experience. I swear I saw my death there. My agent called me and he said, ‘You need to get your ass home!’ I shot with Mike for the first time and if you watch my first True Anal, just the introduction to it, you can tell that’s not me. I was literally “um, ah, shzi…’ and I was just mumbling. They posted it because it’s a good video. But now I’m better. I’m sober.

CJ: You are just a petite girl. How tall are you?

Bailey: I’m 5 feet tall. I weigh 100 pounds.

Bailey: No. I think it was meant to happen because he got back with his ex and lied to me about it and then I went on Snapchat and found out he was snapchatting her. (laughs) One thing led to another. I’m still talking to him a little bit. I didn’t tell him I was in porn, I told him I was modeling. And then we stopped talking because I said his name on my BangBus video. Me and the other talent were like, ‘Fuck him!’ (laughs)

CJ: How did you come up with your stage name?

Bailey: Funny story. Me and my agent Brian and this girl MJ Fresh, my first day night there, we were trying to think of names. My name on Sexy Jobs was Crystal Kemp. That was some stupid ass name. MJ came up with Bailey and then I came up with Bailey Bose. That was there for about a week. Then me and Brian were driving and we passed the guitar hotel in Hollywood. He said, ‘What about Bailey Base?’ I love my music, I’m a basehead so ‘Hell yeah dude!’ and it stuck!

CJ: So what was your first scene like? You were sexually experienced but it’s different with all these people around. Were you intimidated? Nervous? Turned on?

Bailey: Oh man, I was so nervous. I shot for Backroom Casting Couch for my first scene. They picked me up right off the plane. I had little to no make-up on. My face was beet red. Bailey: I like the Breakfast Club. That is by far my favorite one. Pulp Fiction and Austin Powers too.

CJ: What are your favorite TV shows?

Bailey: The basics, Friends, The Office, That 70s Show. I was obsessed with the Vampire Diaries. I binged that for years.

CJ: What’s your favorite food?

Bailey: Mac and cheese.
