Captain Jack Interviews Nina Dolci
Nina was in the industry way back in 2003. She has been gone from the industry for the last decade plus but she is now back. She has a good reason why she stopped doing porn and me, being a professional pervert, yeah, I went there. LOL. You’ll have to read to find out what I mean! Anyways, she has kept in tremendous shape and this is her story!
Captain Jack: Tell me about Nina Dolci.
Nina: I grew up in Floriday, born in Fort Lauderdale, lovely South Florida. I was basically raised in Boca Rotan. I went to a public school; I also went to a Catholic school, that was just wonderful! (laughs) Got into a few fights there. I graduated and went to a little college, took some college courses. At 19, I decided I wanted to be independent and get out there more. Not necessarily in film but to see what was out there. I started working as a waitress in a sports bar which led to me being an entertainer, which is a stripper. (laughs) That basically started the adult life. That was at 21 years old. From 21 years old, I basically knew I wanted to be in the adult industry and entertainment. I’m very comfortable doing so and it’s fun.
CJ: How old are you?
Nina: I’m 35.
CJ: Now, you started in the industry in 2003, why did you originally get into porn?
Nina: I started doing regular B movies. South Beach Academy with Corey Feldman, I was in a move with Kathy Ireland, it was called at the time Hello, She Lied. Did a little extra roles in Birdcage, some pay per view stuff. I actually started in mainstream and then I met some people who asked if I wanted to pose for some magazines. I was offered to go out to California and I started with softcore. I was comfortable doing that and then they asked if I wanted to get into some something something. So I did girl/girl. But I decided if I was going to do porn, I was going to do it with quality companies. I didn’t want to just be thrown around. To me, it’s not about showing up on set everyday with any company that wants you to do anything. I have boundaries and I want to basically project myself as who I am and what I’m comfortable with. I had a manager and she was great. She knew Jill Kelly personally and also Jenna Jameson. I had a website designed myself that I had Club Jenna maintaining. I did a photo shoot with Jenna at her home in Arizona. I worked a lot for Jill Kelly Productions. I wasn’t a contract girl but I signed for them at AVN. I did Nectar Entertainment, Zero Tolerance, which was a little bit more hardcore like swallowing cum and cum swapping. I’m ok with that. I did a few magazines and flew to Paris and did some photo shoots. I’ve done a lot of stuff that hasn’t been seen. I did 2 pages of a resume of stuff. And then 2007 came along.
CJ: Yes, why did you stop doing porn?
Nina: Why did I disappear basically? (laughs) I didn’t get married, I didn’t have children. I was somewhere I didn’t have a choice. I was incarcerated for 121 months. I did Federal Prison. I did a 10 year bit and I rode it and came out strong. Bottom line is, I’m not bitter and I’m not ashamed because I did my time and didn’t have to roll on anyone else. I did my time like a trooper and now I’m out and I’m back in the industry.
CJ: Why did you get incarcerated?
Nina: It was a conspiracy drug crime. Conspiracy gives you a lot of time. If people don’t know about the law, you’re going to get screwed. If you get into any kind of trouble or get caught up with anybody who’s getting in trouble, you need to call a lawyer immediately.
CJ: It seems you get more time for drugs than for murder.
Nina: As a matter of fact, my mother. All she does is watch these true crime stories on television and she always asks me, ‘Do you see that person? And do you know how much time they got?’ ‘I know mom, I know!’ There were 1000 women at the facility I was at and you would be heartbroken if you would see these women who have life; who have 30 years for marijuana. Marijuana? They got into trouble way back when and now marijuana is legal in some states! It’s just one of those things that’s about timing and who you know and keeping your nose clean.
CJ: You must have worked out a lot in prison because I’ve seen pictures of you and you have a toned body.
Nina: Thank you. I actually worked my ass off. I did it twice a day. I became a certified personal trainer. I would also train other women in there as well. I made it a lifestyle because you have to make the best out of everything in life. I woke up at 6am everyday, worked out and took mail correspondence courses, because we couldn’t go online there. I was basically kept from the world, which was really kind of weird. It was odd not being able to go on the internet and interacting. I would rely solely on fans because they would find me and then write me.
CJ: OK, everyone saw those prison lesbian movies back in the ‘70s, how much sex did you have in prison? Does that happen?
Nina: (laughs) Yes it does. Especially if you’re a horn dog! (laughs) It does happen and it actually is kind of hot. Imagine a group of women, horny as hell, all different age groups. We have women than have never tried a woman; women who are horny and curious; then we have women that look like men. Oh, forget about it! The women who look like men, ooooooh! Nina: Some of the guards would basically just keep on walking but, the thing is, you don’t want to get them in trouble. If you do something that’s too out there and you’re doing it where other women can see, women are the worst. They will tell on each other left and right. It’s horrible. So whatever you do, keep to yourself. If you’re trying to get a nut, keep it to yourself as well.
CJ: You see it all the time with both men and women in the movies, the stronger women will take advantage of the weaker women and make them their bitch. How true is that?
Nina: (laughs) I’m going to blow that fantasy off. With women, when women get together in a facility, it’s about cooking, cleaning, social talking, all that stuff. Of course, they snitch on each other and get jealous but when it comes to the bitch thing, it isn’t like that whole bitch thing. CJ: What’s your favorite food? When you got out of prison, what did you really want to eat?
Nina: The first thing I got was Krispy Kremes. Then I went directly to Starbucks. My mother had steak and eggs waiting as well. And then, sushi! That’s my favorite! I basically made a pig of myself.
CJ: What does the future hold for Nina Dolci? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Nina: I am going to possibly be doing adult films for the next few years, on and off. Definitely in mainstream fitness, like a model. I am aggressively aiming for that.
